Laravel is what we build on, and has been for years. It is boring in the way infrastructure should be boring: well documented, widely known, actively maintained. And enough developers in this country know it that you are never trapped with one supplier.
For the admin we use Filament, or Twill where the site is more editorial. That decision does more for a client than any other we make. Instead of a generic dashboard covered in things that belong to somebody else's plugin, your team gets their own fields, in their own language, and nothing they will never need.
The test we care about is whether your team updates the site without asking permission. Most admin panels quietly fail it, and the cost lands on you as a support call every time somebody wants to change a headline.
