Before anything else, a number: how many hours a week does your team spend doing the thing by hand, and what is that a year? Most people have never worked it out, and it is the figure that decides whether custom software is worth building at all.
If it does not clear the cost of the build inside about two years, do not build it, and we will say so on the first call. When it does, and it often does by a wide margin, the case makes itself without anyone having to be sold to.
We are in Leicester, about forty minutes from Nottingham, and we work with businesses across Nottinghamshire from there. We are not going to claim an office in the city we do not have.
