Most of the sites we get asked to fix aren't ugly. They're just hard to use. Things are buried three clicks down, pages take too long to load, and nobody can change a word without ringing a developer.
So we start by working out what's actually getting in the way. Then we design around it. You work directly with the people doing the work, which means fewer meetings and quicker decisions.
