Recruity recruitment website platform

{01} THE IDEA

Give recruitment agencies a website that actually generates candidates.

Recruity is a website platform built for recruitment agencies. Instead of a brochure site with a job board bolted on the side, it brings the careers site, the job listings and the applicant tracking into one system, so a role posted in the morning is live, indexed and collecting applications by the afternoon.

We worked across the whole product, from the name and brand through to UX, wireframes and the platform itself. The result is a product that looks like a marketing site to a candidate and works like an operating system for the agency running it.

{02} THE CHALLENGE

Agencies were paying for a website and a tracker that never spoke to each other.

Most recruitment agencies run a website from one supplier, a job board plugin from another and an applicant tracker from a third. Roles get posted twice, CVs land in a shared inbox, and nobody can say how many people applied to a job without exporting a spreadsheet.

Recruity had to serve two audiences at once. A candidate on a phone at half past ten at night needs to find a role and apply in under two minutes. A recruiter at a desk the next morning needs to see every one of those applications ranked, filtered and ready to shortlist. The same platform had to make both feel obvious.

It also had to look like the agency, not like the platform underneath.

{03} OUR APPROACH

We mapped the whole journey before we drew a single screen, then designed and built it as one system.

We started with the brand and product direction, then moved into journey mapping and wireframes. We mapped what the candidate does, what the recruiter does and what the platform has to handle in between, across six stages from finding a role to being placed. That map is what told us where the screens actually mattered.

The platform gives agencies a branded careers site, structured job listings that appear in Google Jobs and feed the major job boards without a plugin, a candidate registration portal, and an applicant tracker with a drag-and-drop pipeline. Posting a job once pushes it to the careers site and the job boards together, and every application lands in one place against the role it came from.

This is where 628 really comes into its own. We don't just design interfaces and hand them over. Our designers and developers work together to understand the problem, shape the experience and build the software that makes it possible.

From the first journey map to the finished platform, Recruity is a great example of what happens when brand, UX and custom development are brought together by one team.
