An audit's a day of real work: a crawl, Search Console, speed on an actual phone, the tracking, and the pages people land on. You get a prioritised list rather than two hundred warnings from a tool.

What we look at
Crawling and indexing
Whether Google can reach your pages and has chosen to keep them. Sites regularly have whole sections excluded by a line nobody remembers writing.
Speed on a real phone
Measured on a mid-range handset on a normal connection, not on the machine the site was built on, which is where this test is usually passed and in practice failed.
Tracking that reports
A third of the sites we've checked had analytics quietly recording nothing. Every decision made from that data was made blind.
The pages people land on
Whether the page answers the question that brought somebody there, or describes the company and hopes. This is usually where the enquiries are being lost.
Search visibility
What you rank for, what you should, and which of your own pages are competing with each other. The last one surprises people most.
A list in priority order
Sorted by what each fix is worth, not by severity colour. Most automated audits flag everything at once, which is the same as flagging nothing.
